Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Underarms.

Our Underarms waxing is a quick service, typically completed in 10–20 minutes depending on hair density and prep. We include cleansing, careful waxing, and soothing post-wax care for efficient, comfortable results.

For best results hair should be about 1/4 inch, roughly two weeks' growth. This length allows the wax to grip hairs effectively. If hair is too short or very long, we can trim or advise rescheduling.

Waxing can sometimes lead to ingrown hairs or mild irritation, especially for sensitive skin. We minimize risks with proper technique, exfoliation advice, and soothing products. Follow aftercare and gentle exfoliation to reduce ingrowns.

Pain varies by individual and hair coarseness, but most clients describe a quick sting that subsides immediately. Our experienced technicians use efficient technique and calming products to reduce discomfort; regular waxing often becomes less painful.

If skin is irritated, sunburned, or freshly shaved, we recommend waiting until healed. For sensitive skin, inform your technician; they may use gentler wax, perform a patch test, or adjust the approach for comfort.

Avoid hot showers, saunas, alcohol-based deodorants, and heavy sweating for 24–48 hours. Apply calming lotion or aloe, wear loose clothing, and gently exfoliate after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs. Contact us if irritation persists.
