Relaxers can be safe when hair is assessed and processed carefully, but severely damaged or porous hair may need rebuilding treatments first. Our stylists evaluate condition and may recommend conditioning or bond-repair steps before relaxing to minimize risk.
Most clients schedule relaxer re-growth touch-ups every six to eight weeks to maintain a seamless texture, depending on individual growth. We avoid overlapping previously processed hair and will recommend the ideal timing during your consultation.
